About the Event
HOLISTIC EMBODIMENT FOR AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP (H.E.A.L.)
This session will be an introduction to Core Energetics - a body oriented psychotherapeutic approach - as well as an insight into the Authentic Leadership model.
It is intended to offer participants a first experience of the content and process work that will be transmitted in the upcoming H.E.A.L. one year program starting in the beginning of 2020.
People that are already trained therapists, bodyworkers or coaches will benefit from an holistic perspective that integrates body, mind, heart and spirit. Participants who have no prior training or therapeutic experience will gain new and deeper insights into their own personality, defensive behavioral patterns and their unique core qualities.
The workshop program gives an overview on the main Core Energetics principles. Through practical and experiential exercises the material will be processed and integrated in a sustainable way that brings self-awareness and personal growth.
